Appropriate commercial work may include office, retail, restaurant, tenant fit out, interior renovation, barrier free upgrade, and change of use projects within the firm's professional qualifications and scope.
Provide the property address and municipality, a description of the proposed work, photographs, sketches, existing drawings or surveys if available, the current stage of the project, and the desired timing.
Where engineering is required, coordination with a qualified Professional Engineer may be included as part of a BuildCode Designs design project. The engineer is responsible for their own professional design, documents, and review.
