Website content describes general services and is not a project specific design, construction instruction, or determination of regulatory compliance. Requirements must be assessed for the particular property and proposed work.
Inquiries and engagements
An inquiry does not confirm availability, pricing, or acceptance. Services begin only under an agreed engagement setting out scope, fees, deliverables, responsibilities, and other project terms.
Drawings and consultants
Drawing packages and coordination are provided within the agreed scope and applicable qualifications. Required engineering and other regulated professional work remain the responsibility of the appropriately qualified retained professionals.
Authority decisions
Municipal authorities review permit applications and determine compliance and permit issuance. BuildCode Designs does not guarantee acceptance or control review timelines.
Concept imagery
Images identified as concepts illustrate design possibilities. They are not records of completed studio projects, approved plans, or instructions for construction.
Material you submit
Submit only files you are authorized to share for inquiry assessment. The studio may use those materials to assess and respond to your request.
