The website contact form assembles the information you enter into an email addressed to contact@buildcodedesigns.ca and opens it on your device. The form is not connected to a website database and does not store your project details on this website.

Files selected in the form are not automatically uploaded or attached. Review the prepared email and attach only the documents you intend to send before submitting it to contact@buildcodedesigns.ca.

How Information Is Used

Information received by email may be reviewed to understand your inquiry, assess project fit, prepare a quotation, communicate about the project, and maintain appropriate business records if work proceeds.

Information to Avoid

Do not send passwords, payment card details, government identification, medical information, or unrelated personal information. Limit project files to information reasonably required to understand the property and proposed work.

Third Party Services

If you choose to contact BuildCode Designs through Instagram, WhatsApp, or your email provider, those services handle information under their own terms and privacy practices.
