BuildCode Designs uses this information to assess the inquiry, communicate with you, and determine an appropriate next step. Submitting an inquiry does not create a design engagement or confirm project acceptance.
Storage and access
Inquiries and optional files are stored through the website’s hosting infrastructure. The inquiry inbox and file downloads are restricted to the studio’s authorized account. Technical service providers process information as needed to operate the website. Hosting infrastructure may process information outside Canada.
What to share
Only upload material you are authorized to share. Avoid identity documents, payment details, and unrelated personal or confidential information. Provide only information relevant to your proposed project.
Retention and requests
Information is retained for inquiry assessment, project communication, and applicable recordkeeping needs. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact contact@buildcodedesigns.ca. Requests are considered subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Website operation
This website does not add advertising trackers. The hosting service may process technical request information for delivery and security. Studio sign in uses the hosting platform’s authentication service.
